Terms of service
Last updated September 6, 2026.
Agreement to terms
By creating an FirmReply account you agree to these terms on behalf of your firm. If you do not have authority to bind the firm, do not create an account.
The service
FirmReply provides an intake form, a lead inbox, and scripted reply-only missed-call text-back. We are a software vendor, not a law firm, and nothing produced by the service is legal advice.
Pilot status
FirmReply is an early-stage product in pilot. Features may change, and we make no commitment about uptime or availability while the pilot runs.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the intake questions and disclosure text you configure, for supervising every automated message sent on your firm's behalf, and for meeting your own professional-conduct and advertising obligations, including conflict clearance before forming an attorney-client relationship.
Text messaging
Where you enable missed-call text-back, you are responsible for obtaining your own phone number and completing carrier registration in your firm's name, and for confirming with your state bar that the messages are permitted where you practice.
Fees
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe after a 14-day free trial (card required). You can cancel any time from the billing page; cancellation stops future renewals. Pilot firms may instead have terms agreed in writing.
Client data
Intake data belongs to your firm. We process it only to provide the service. You may ask us for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unlawful communications, to solicit in violation of applicable advertising rules, or to store data you have no right to process.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost cases or fees.
Changes
We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
