We would rather be short and accurate than list logos we do not connect to. There is no case-management, calendar or Zapier integration today.
Twilio
Missed-call text-back
Twilio carries the phone calls and text messages behind the text-back engine. FirmReply operates the Twilio account. Before any message is sent for your firm, your firm gets its own text-back number and must complete US carrier (A2P 10DLC) registration under your firm's business details. You do not need your own Twilio account.
Email delivery
New-lead alerts
New intake submissions trigger an email to the address your firm sets. We use a transactional email provider for delivery. Until it is configured for your firm, the alert is recorded as pending rather than reported as sent.
Stripe
Subscription billing
Plan checkout, card storage and the billing portal run on Stripe's hosted pages. FirmReply stores only your plan, subscription status, dates and Stripe's customer reference.
