FirmReply is built for firms of one to ten attorneys.
Large firms staff intake around the clock. Small firms answer the phone between hearings, and the calls that arrive at 9pm on a Friday go to voicemail — where most of them stay.
FirmReply is an early-stage product with one job: helping your firm see and follow up on inquiries that arrive while you're busy. Today that means three things — an intake form you configure, a lead inbox that works on a phone, and a scripted, reply-only text back to callers you missed.
We are in pilot with a small group of firms. We would rather tell you plainly what is built than describe a product that does not exist yet: there is no conflict checking, no consult booking, no AI scoring, and no case-management integrations.
