Missed calls and after-hours inquiries can go unanswered. FirmReply catches them.
When you are in court, with a client, or closed for the day, an inquiry still needs somewhere to land. FirmReply gives your firm a shareable intake form, one shared lead inbox, and a scripted text-back for calls you could not pick up.
A small firm cannot be at the phone all day
Nothing here is automated legal work. It is the plain gap between an inquiry arriving and someone at the firm being free to answer it.
Calls come while you are busy
A hearing, a client meeting or a drive means the phone rings out, and the caller has no way to leave structured details.
Inquiries arrive after hours
Evenings and weekends are when people look for a lawyer. An unread voicemail on Monday is a cold start.
Details end up scattered
Notes on paper, a voicemail, a personal cell text and an email thread. Nobody at the firm can see the whole picture.
How it works
Three parts, in the order a lead moves through them.
Intake form
Publish a form with your matter types, your questions and your own disclosure text. Share the public link, or embed the form on your website.
Lead inbox
Every submission arrives in one firm-wide inbox with the answers the person gave. Open a lead to add notes, change status and call or email straight from your phone.
Scripted missed-call text-back
When a call is missed, FirmReply can send a fixed, scripted text asking how to help and pointing to your intake form. It only ever replies to someone who contacted you first.
What exists today
This is the whole product as it stands. If something is not on this list, it is not built yet.
- Intake forms you configure, with a public link and a website embed
- A shared lead inbox with unread state, notes, status and full timeline
- Email notification to your firm when a new lead arrives
- Missed-call text-back using fixed scripted messages, never free text or AI
- STOP and HELP handling, plus quiet hours you set
- Owner-only setup, team invites with owner or staff roles
- A simulator so you can see the exact text-back conversation before going live
Built for the rules you work under
Separated by firm
Your firm's leads are isolated at the database level. Another firm cannot read them, and nor can an unauthenticated request.
A disclosed assistant, not a person
Text-back replies are fixed scripted messages that identify themselves as an automated assistant. They do not answer legal questions, and STOP or HELP is always handled.
Quiet hours and opt-outs
Messages wait until your quiet-hours window opens, and STOP removes a number immediately.
Simple, per-firm pricing
One subscription per firm, with a set number of user seats in each plan (1, 3 or 10). Current plans and what each one includes are on the pricing page.
